Use the aftersales module to create work orders and workshop quotes in 2Drive. This module makes the status of the work order easy to find and the progress of the work process is immediately visible.
The sales module is the perfect solution for buying and selling vehicles. The module is structured so that the steps in the process follow one another logically. In addition, this module immediately links the right party to the corresponding vehicle. This means that the current stock is constantly up to date, and the statuses of the vehicles are immediately visible at all branches.
Users can use this function to manage all their relationships, customers and suppliers. In addition to name and address details, these might include the invoice history and an overview of the vehicles linked to the parties.
This functionality allows users to register both cars and trucks, each under their own menu. This allows companies with separate workshops to choose which vehicle category (e.g. cars and trucks) should be visible.
The Stockroom module makes it easy to order parts. The stock is automatically updated and this appears directly on the work order. In order to make ordering parts for a work order as simple as possible, we have already linked more than 50 wholesalers to 2Drive.
2Drive has a seamless integration with Minox, exchanging transactions in real time. An interface with Snelstart is also an option. An export function is provided as standard, so that all transactions can also be imported into other financial software.
APK (vehicle inspection certificate)
2Drive offers its users the option of notifying APKs through their own RDW (Netherlands Vehicle Authority) service provider. The APK reports are automatically saved with the vehicle card.
